Biography
K.L. VanderWall is a wife and mother of 6 children, ranging in age from 20 to 5. She lives and writes in Oregon, where she raises her children with her husband of 22 years, Jim VanderWall.
She has dabbled with her writing since she was a child, writing poetry and creative stories when she was going through public school in Mesa Arizona, and she loves to read, but has always struggled with Dyslexia, which also made her doubt her ability to write a novel length book. She even toyed with writing songs for a couple of years with her younger sister Julia, but she never embraced the idea of writing novels until her Daughter encouraged her to do so in 2010. She has since completed her first series, called the Faerie Star Fables, and plans to continue to write until she runs out of stories to tell.
