  • Always Enough on Jan. 19, 2017

I just love how Kay does it with her stories.....in this book, you will see how God leads his people and makes everything and everyone available at the right time and place as Wendy prays for a job and God guides her to not only a great job but much more.Wendy's conduct of her day to day life and the way the Lords grace and presence flows out of her to all the people who are in her circles was a great reminder to me of how we are called to minister in our everyday situations, be it at home,at work, whether you single, married,a stay at home mom, a career woman,divorced....whatever state.....I found myself praying to be my Lords vessel as I grew to know Wendy in this novel......Another issue is how Kay brings forth the standard of purity which God has called us to uphold,....a recurring theme in all her works, the reason i recommend all her books to be read by everyone, its a book I can confidently have for my daughter, when she comes......nothing graphical,if anything she teaches you how you can continue upholding that purity standard via her characters........lastly,the witty of the little ones and their humour,Especially, Macy girl not forgetting Cory's and Sean's too.....looking forward to more of your work Kay,great read dear.......I encourage everyone to not bypass this novel, soo many lessons to be learnt here..... P.S:Few days after reading this novel, I found myself in a situation of no harm but of appearance of evil.To me,I knew its nothing because,my motives are pure and right, but coning from reading this book,I remembered Wendy and Stefan's situation with the little ones, that Sunday morning and the pastors preaching about being careful to not only avoid sin,but also avoid doing what looks harmless to us but has an appearance of evil to anyone watching from the sidelines, being our brothers keeper, huh, thus from this insight and ministry of this book,I was helped to make a decision that not only I believe pleased God, but that wouldn't make anyone watching from the sideline's stumble...... Good work Kay. May the Almighty keep on using you to reach a million of us
  • A Heart's Strength on Jan. 19, 2017

Another great read.....through BRI, you relearn about hope and restoration, forgiving and loving as Christ does,of course with His grace.....I couldn't help but let my heart soar like little Cynthia's, that everything God works together for good as portrayed in this book. ....we may feel like, that's it we are done, our lives are wasted ,but not with God He uses all this to bring beauty from ashes.....I highly recommend it for anyone who needs hope and restoration on their lives.....Macy's little humour still carries on,great one there Kay...... Oooh and the Strong bond and love portrayed by the Felixes,....blessed by God with material things, but using all that in serving Him,together with how they treat the women in their lives, anyone would want a Felix for themselves...... After reading Kay's works, you strongly directed to the Lord and His ways, God bless you for that Kay girl
  • The Storm's Journey on Jan. 20, 2017

As you journey with Tiffany and Toby, you learn how to overcome your past fears and insecurities while keeping your focus on the strength and grace that only the Lord can give...... A great insight also on how we shouldn't reject our present blessedness because of past hurts and how opening ourselves to freely give and receive love heals....was hoping they marry,I love weddings
  • To Be Blessed on Jan. 29, 2017

The last book in the series,... What a great family Kay you had come up with, the fellowships after church, the willingness of them to share one another their openness that led to many to be drawn to Christ.....great job Kay,...especially how you remind us through Jody and the men that thinking you are in control is only but an illusion coz the one in control ultimately is our Lord......the book title summarised it soo well....after all the storms in their way, finally everyone is indeed blessed at the end.... I will forever miss this family.
  • Guided By Faith on Feb. 06, 2017

Guided by Faith is such a great read......through the characters lives you will learn and hopefully understand in some of the grandeur ways in which our Lord seeks to answer our prayers. It gives a very great perspective on God and tragedy, something that almost everyone struggles with.....soo if you struggle in this area,if you have lost your faith or do not understand why things are happening to you the way they are,if you are wavering in your relationship with God because of whatever, this is a great read for you. Its a great love story too, a great faith story and a great redemption story.....be blessed Amanda as you continue ministering to us through your work.
  • A Path Less Traveled on April 12, 2017

Do you acknowledge the Lord in all you do?...Are you always open to His plans,or do you seek to force your way through life when God already has invited us to trust in Him and follow His leading?....Do you struggle with, why that, why me how could it happen under Gods watch?... Have you ever struggled to know what it means to trust the Lord with all your heart,to commit your ways to Him,to lean not unto yourself but unto Him in all areas of your life?.... Cathy has captured that, and explains it in a very practical and understandable way for anyone who would love to but does not know how, in her book,A Path Less Travelled..... Going through the pages of this book, will be like a bible study you get to understand how to really commit your ways to God,and the possible outcomes of the times, we fail to do the same. • Pilgrimage of Promise on May 24, 2017

ooh Cathy....how I have grown to love your books and work.....each series I must say is as good as it can get..... My life is characterized by lots of uncertainties and things far away from my understanding..... Iam always on and off and on mostly wanting to trust Gods wisdom, and His way being better than my own,and what a great story that soo echoed with my very life????....Different version but same script. I have found myself, crying and sighing and praying as I went through Mama Beth's story, going back to my bible and regiving my faithvand trust to God.... If you are or struggle with trust, especially because a series of in understandable stuff keep on happening to you, and not the next person, then this book is for you......it offers such great insight and Our Lords truth.... Thank you Cathy....looking forward to more of your work.
  • A Beautiful Faith on June 21, 2017

Kay has outdone herself again, in A Beautiful Faith. The title pretty well summarizes it.As Christians, you are going to be challenged to want to be more willing to share the good news of our Christ Jesus at each prompting of the Holy Spirit, Kay in this book, shows how a single obedience affects soo many others, how it causes the ripple effect....... Not forgetting the love between the brothers and their wives, how pure it is, it makes you look into your life, and want that for yourself. Always struggling with this, how my prayers for someone else affects them, but Kay brought it out soo well, how obeying to the nudges of the holy spirit about the people or things He impresses upon you, is soo important, for you will never know how much your obedience was helpful. Thanks Kay for this reminder. The Apostates out there, this book will greatly bless you and encourage you. Thanks Kay for another beautiful book....looking forward to more.

When I first laid my hands on this book, I got hooked right from the beginning........Janice has come up with a very sweet cocktail of catholic teaching and humor. You will fall in love with Gerry's mothers humor, and if you like me and love drawing inspiration from everything you lay your hands on, your faith and prayer life will never be the same. I say so because its true for me......This is where I learnt about the St. Anne's novena and praying to St.Gerard, and since then THEY both have become dear to me.....Janice, could you kindly come up with many more like this...I love love love loved it.......
