Kathryn Lund

Kathryn Lund has a MA in Creative Writing with Distinction from Oxford Brookes. Drawing on her experience of living with disability, she writes poetry and narrative fiction. Her novel, The Things We Left Sleeping, and her book of short stories, The Things We Keep in The Cupboard explore the parts of ourselves that we lose, or put somewhere safe, when grief, trauma or illness derail our lives. Both books ask what parts of yourself must you be OK with letting of, and what parts would you fight to keep.

What things have you left sleeping that you want to wake up?
