I have long been a fan of Jeff's on Flickr. I learned about his book not from him, but from a mutual photographer friend, Deby. I immediately bought the book so I could read it on my trip to Glacier (I know -- the book is about the Tetons, not Glacier, but that's where I was going at the time). This book does what a lot of photographers won't do -- it gives away secrets! It's a wonderful guide not only to where to shoot, but also has tips on how and when to shoot each special scene. It's filled with beautiful color photos Jeff has taken. (Warning: I love my Kindle, but am so glad I didn't get that version of the book -- those photos deserve to be shown in full color!) Jeff is a great photographer and is also a kind and generous commenter on Flickr. I feel lucky to be in his list of contacts and luckier still that I have his book. Can't wait to go to the Tetons to try out all his wonderful suggestions!
