Body Mind and Soul Series
One of my goals is to be the best person inside and out that I can be, which is why I read a great deal of self help-books. This is also the reason that I have begun to plunk out a few of my own, now that I feel my life's experiences have some nuggets of wisdom to share with others. Depression grabbed me and almost wouldn't let go a few years ago, which is why I wrote,'Get Out of the Depression Pit'. And now I want to help others dig themselves out of the pit and into a life of happiness and fulfillment. This book is free always free right here on Smashwords. No one should have to pay to be happy again. (Please leave a review once you feel better and whole again!)-thank you!

As a writer, I write from experience and what I've lived through, and with this being said the second book in the Dream Detective Series is going to shed some light on evil vs. good. Up until now Connects the first book in the Dream Detective Series has laid the groundwork for the truth to be written as fiction to protect the innocent and the guilty. Especially the guilty because no one is safe when still on the lamb. This series can be found on amazon.com/author/katrinarose

My second series is a holistic self help series called Body, Mind, and Soul Series and it's what I write to heal myself and always want to pass it off to others, so they too can be helped and become whole again. This series can be found https://www.smashwords.com/profile/vi...

Since both series are so vastly different from one another, that by writing on both sides of the fence if it somehow evens things out.

Peace Out,

Smashwords Interview

What motivated you to become an indie author?
I have thoughts and stories in my head that I need to get out for my own survival, so becoming an Indie Author seemed the most sensible and rewarding. I love being published by Smashwords, it provides a wonderful platform for it's authors with a tremendous amount of support.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
I don't remember the first story that I read to myself, but I do recall the first storytime at school when I was in the second grade. The teacher would have us gather around him and sit on shag carpeting with a few bean bag chairs that we'd fight over to lay on. We'd listen to Mr. Delany read the fabulous tale, "The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe". Still love the book to this day!

Everyone gets depressed from time to time, but some of us struggle daily with this ugly beast trying to get the best of us. Get Out of the Depression Pit is a simplistic and holistic approach to living a life with positivity and peace. This book touches on working on the inner and outer you. This book does not touch on the types of depression when there are many. This book concentrates on LIFE!
