I am a wife, a mom and a writer.
I love the outdoors. I am an advocate for nature and keeping our resources for the generations to come.
I love the BSU Broncos, Go Orange and Blue and enjoy being the stands for the games whenever I can.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
The greatest joy I have in writing it putting my vivid imagination into words. I love being able to twist and twirl the plot and change it to make it even better. The control over the environment, the tone and the characters is exciting. I take my author liberty serious and write with a goal to deliver emotionally charged, thick story line that makes the reader stay up all night to read. I am drawn to books that keep me riveted. I hope all of my readers experience the same.
What do your fans mean to you?
My readership is my writing life. I strive to please them, yet I love to drive them wild. For those people that have to read the end of the book first, my books will drive them mad because they will not understand how the situations culminated into such a situation. I like to throw history into my books. With young adult books, as well as my general books, I am hoping to inspire thought about historical events, and even other perspectives that may not have been brought forward in traditional education.
