No More Butterflies is a fully engrossing, mind-boggling psychological drama. It starts off introducing us to the lives of two different young girls, Emma and Helen, and slowly but steadily leads us through their advancement into adulthood, revealing to us at the same time the domestic violence, physical and sexual abuse they had to face in their journey for survival in a cruel world. These vices may appear too cruel and hence fictional to the mind of the protected, but they are all too common in today's world. I admire how they author was able to weave an intense, mind-blowing suspense in this somewhat personal journey. A brilliantly written piece, and a talent to watch.
