Dawn of the Hunter by Bonnie Bernard (Book 2 of the Midnight Hunter Trilogy) I devoured book 2 as fast as I could! Howie (the demon) is horrible, nasty, and rude, but I was fascinated by him, laughing out loud by some of his dialogue as the story progressed. A demon you love to hate, that's Howie! Dawn of the Hunter (Book 2) brings you right back into Donna's world which is filled with vampires, demons, minions, Gods and Goddesses, and much, much more. People you were previously introduced to in Book 1 (Midnight Hunter) return, people like Hunter and Mo, and you get to meet Lucinda. Oh, and Howie - him and his Rules. It's a great read, and the world that the author creates feels very real. Very well written, I can honestly say that I enjoyed book 2 thoroughly, and if possible, more than the first book. I could not stop reading until I found out what happens next... and there is a lot of that in the story! I can not wait to start book 3! Who would have thought a simple thing like a trip to the grocery story could turn into a nightmare revisited...Make sure you get this whole Trilogy, it is a MUST READ. This book was given to me by the author in exchange for an honest review - and it was fantastic!
  • Midnight Hunter Book One in the Midnight Hunter Trilogy on June 19, 2012

Midnight Hunter by Bonnie Bernard --------------------------------- Book 1 in the Trilogy Not your average Vampire loves Girl story! A whole new world opens up for you once you start reading, a world of vampires, demons, a whole lot of minions, and much, much more! Romance, love, hate... best friends and Eternal Lovers, and it does not stop there. The author is brilliant at drawing you into Donna's world, and before you know it you are in the story for the long haul. The mythology is broad, well thought out, interesting, sound and logical. The story is very well written, a real page turner. The characters are well developed, and none of them are "perfect", which is a big plus. The story is full of twists that keep you guessing and wanting more. A fantastic read... I can't wait to dig into Books 2 and 3 to see how it all turns out! :) This book was given to me by the author in exchange for an honest review.
  • Final Hour of the Hunter Book Three in The Midnight Hunter Trilogy on July 03, 2012

Final Hour of the Hunter - (Book 3 of the Midnight Hunter Trilogy) by Bonnie Bernard This book was given to me by the author in exchange for an honest review - and it is awesome! First - I need to thank Bonnie Bernard for giving me this wonderful opportunity to read and review her Midnight Hunter Trilogy. Bonnie is an amazing writer with a real gift with words, allowing you to see the world she writes about. This series is fantastic, and it's a must-read. Donna is happy, a caring mother to her beautiful daughter, a loving wife to Hunter, and living her dream of a happy life. Until, the literally runs head on into the Goddess of Chaos and her HellHounds - and all Hell breaks loose! Missing people, puzzles need to be solved, the world is going crazy. It's a perfect balance of love, action, adventure, hilarity, friendship, and betrayal. I started Book 3 late at night and could not put it down until I was done. I will go back and re-read this series, that is how much I enjoyed it! (Especially Howie Evil!) I highly recommend you buy and read all three books in Bonnie Bernard's Midnight Hunter series, you will not be disappointed! Bravo!
