Biography
I was born and raised in Indiana. The youngest after three brothers, I have always been a bit of a "rough and tumble" type of gal. So, if my nose isn't in a book, or my fingers over a keyboard, I can be found outdoors thoroughly enjoying the gifts of nature with my husband and two dogs.
When I was six years old, I was diagnosed with Dyslexia and ADHD. Instead of medication, my mother encouraged me to overcome by writing down my thoughts and reading anything and everything that piqued my interests. Because of this, she created an early passion for books and poetry. I have been writing ever since.
My style has evolved over time because I'm a realist, by nature. That trait sometimes lends to complex, inspiring but also occasionally infuriating, characters. One thing you can expect, is the unexpected. I hope you enjoy the worlds I create as much as I do.
