Ann Knightingale

Biography

I'm a small town teenager who just recently graduated high school and am going to college. I have always enjoyed writing and am always working on new material. I may be slow at getting stuff out but I can normally promise you that I am working on something new.

Smashwords Interview

When did you first start writing?
I have found papers of my writing from when I was in maybe first grade. But my first memory was just before fourth grade when my grandparents wanted to see if I could write a full page or not. So I sat down and had no idea what to write about, I had this big, old dollhouse that I played with constantly when I was there and I was obsessed with ghost stories (didn't help when for the last four years all students at my elementary school claimed the school was haunted) so I wrote one of my own. It was supposed to be one page and ended up to be, I believe, about twenty pages front and back. I'm actually rewriting that story to post here, I'm just having it grow up a little before I post it online.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
I choose Nook as my reading device, my family are really big Barnes and Noble people and don't live to far from a store. We usually go there once maybe twice a month and I was able to buy my first book reader at the age of fourteen or fifteen, I remember I'd saved up for almost a year and was just barely able to buy the first addition as it was just going out of stock. I was really proud of it and still am to this day even though I've updated twice.
