Biography

Kurt Niziak is a professional trainer/ data analyst/ writer capable of wearing many hats; and working, in concert, with a variety of corporate organizations . Mr. Niziak has compiled tens of thousands of public speaking hours, providing an amalgam of valuable I.T. services to clients. Kurt has a natural capability in allowing clients to ultimately, learn what they thought they couldn learn and master tasks thought to be beyond their grasp.

In 2017, Mr. Niziak was nominated by The Microsoft Corporation, as a Microsoft MVP for his contributions towards mastering its software, sharing his abundant knowledge as a corporate trainer, as well as having published numerous articles about his experiences as a nationally known trainer and public speaker.

The beauty of teamwork is especially attractive to Kurt and he has helped provide this synergy in the law field, healthcare industry and a variety of other business sectors. Kurt stresses in his practice that the genesis to learning is the courage to overcome false beliefs and more importantly, granting oneself the permission to stumble without losing enthusiasm.

As an accomplished writer, both technically as well as through universal pros, Kurt has published a variety of works ranging from technical analysis, social causes and the arts. Personal anecdotes have fed his constant unbridled curiosity and passion.

Kurt specializes in data analysis, change management, program management, team building, corporate presentation, and is an expert trainer/ public speaker - holding numerous expert level software certifications. Through personal experience, Mr Niziak holds a lifelong interest in "the art of learning"​, how it relates to workforce betterment and the various modalities directly involved – including auditory, visual and kin-esthetic comprehension. Kurt has lectured and has written about learning styles and their dependence on cognitive, emotional and environmental factors.
