I am a teacher of Hatha Yoga having been certified with the School of Hatha and Raja Yoga Studies in Toronto in 2002; a Meditation Teacher with the OM-Line Yoga and Ayurveda; Yoga for Seniors instructor with the Breathe Yoga Studio; and a Core Confidence Specialist with Bellies Inc. I am working toward certification as Yoga Wellness Educator. I am also a Reiki Master.
I hold a full-time administrative job in downtown Toronto during the day. Other than yoga and meditation, my favorite hobby is writing. You're welcome to visit my blog is and leave comments.

J'ai obtenu mon diplôme d'enseignante certifiée en Hatha Yoga à l'École des Études de Hatha et Raja Yoga à Toronto en 2002. Tout en occupant un emploi administratif à temps plein, je suis un programme de formation en tant qu'éducatrice de yoga et de bien-être.

What is your e-reading device of choice?
I use OverDrive on my iPad for eBooks borrowed from the public library, and Kobo for purchased books.
Describe your desk
I use my glass dining table as my desk. The lower portion is full of books and the upper portion has papers and pens. I have books everywhere and use small boxes for different kinds of books.
