Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in a little village, in the most tiny house. We were never very wealthy. For long time we did not have warm water and I remember it being so cold in our bedroom that my glass of water had a little ice on the top. My father was very abusive in lots of ways.
I always used reading and writing in very young age as a way to escape reality.
I am also not afraid to write about such contents because I do know how it feels and maybe somebody just needed to read that.
When did you first start writing?
My first story I wrote at age 11. The idea was great but the story was honestly bad. I suffer dyslexia so even my sentences did not make any sense. That is why I was told I could never be an author.
