    Here is my impression of this short read: Characters: 4 The complexity of the three characters were impressive considering the fact that this story was a "short read." The behaviors, reactions and emotions were very much on display and I loved it. Plot: 3 The plot is nothing new but it was well executed. Flow: 4 Sometimes when a story is a "short" or "quick" read, the flow seems rushed and that affects the believability of the story. That was not the case with this story. Everything moved along at a nice pace. Believability: 4 I have met people like Kimberly, Samuel and Nelson in my lifetime so the way they acted and interacted was very believable to me. Sexual Tension: 5 Smoking to Inferno hot. I wanted to be in that sandwich. Romance: 4 Kimberly's and Samuel's relationship prior to the introduce of Nelson made me want to read this story to see if Kimberly would get her wish. Sometimes a person gets in his/her own way when it comes to love. I am interested in reading more about these individuals.

    Here are my thoughts. Characters: 4 I liked Sarina a lot and Vane (the leading man) was decent. I despised her father who treated her like a commodity instead of a person. It was sad to see it but watching Sarina take control of her life was great. Plot: 3 Pretty straightforward. Was not original but it was not boring either, which was good. Flow: 3 For the most part it went smoothly. There were a couple of scene changes that lost me and I had to re-read a section to be sure where I was in the story. Believability: 3 I was able to read this and suspend belief about a few things which kept me reading. Sexual Tension: 5 The moments when Sarina and Vane are giving into their "animal" sides were some of the hottest moments in the story. Romance: 4 I love to read paranormal stories and most of the time the attraction between the leads is instant which can bother some readers. When it is done well the instant attraction/love/lust is alright. This was one of those times.
