Laura Amado is the author of the Wyverton Series. She loves to bake, and her family eats everything she bakes - she is the one who bakes birthday cakes for the family for the last six years. She believes in anything that there's something else out there - ghosts, OVNIs, who knows? She drinks a lot of tea in the winter and coffee in the summer. She wants to save the world, even if she has not found the way to do it yet. When shopping, she will buy anything with high heels, only to get home and realize that she will not be able to wear them anytime soon.

What is the greatest joy of writing for you?

I am a person with a lot of imagination. Writing makes me feel alive in ways I can't explain. There are no words. Most of the time it just feels like the most I write, the better my day is. Writing is a therapy.

What do your fans mean to you?

Everything. I would write no matter how many people would read my work, but having someone enjoying it makes me very happy.
