As a lawyer, Lee'ah Giaquinto has made it her mission to ensure that people are treated fairly under the law.
Lee'ah was raised on Detroit's northwest side. She describes Detroit as a very real, gritty urban city that has lots of textures, colors, and flavors that color her writing.
She resides in Michigan, with her husband, Nicholas and son, Marcus, along with their pug, Pepper. Lee'ah's love of fiction led her to pursue her dream of being an author.
In her debut novel, The Least of These, Lee'ah explores issues surrounding family, hope, love and finding oneself.
