Melanie Jongsma is an experienced author, editor, and communicator who loves helping people organize their thoughts and experiences into compelling personal stories or effective business collateral. When she's not in front of her MacBook Pro, you can find her curled up with a good book, her dogs Mac and Sophie by her side.
John Geertsema's account of growing up in Holland is entertaining and educational. As a young man, Geertsema participated in the war efforts against the Nazis. When his family sailed to America and became American citizens, he served in the U.S. Army as well.
"I just read the book today. (I was too scared before.) It was perfect timing and a WONDERFUL book. Everyone who knows someone with cancer should read it!" This is just one reader's endorsement of Beatrice Hoek's journey from cancer to freedom, a journey that ends in strengthened faith and renewed hope. Taken from Bea's own journal entries, Cancer Freedom is honest, gritty, and inspiring.

This is a short book, but it's weighty. I think it's most effective in combination with Jason Perry's seminars and training programs. In that kind of setting, you get to hear Perry teach, you get to wrestle with his ideas through group discussions, and then you get the book as a reminder that you can refer to later as you're trying to implement what you've learned. Perry's insights could transform the way generations relate to each other.
