Lori Gurin

Biography

LORI GURIN was born and raised in Hidden Hills, Calif., the youngest of eight siblings. She traveled the world filming horror movies including "The Howling," "Lawnmower Man," and "Phantoms," and has produced her own works, including the films "Only The Brave" and "Brain Dead” and many television commercials. When her mother suffered an injury from a fall in 2012, Gurin began taking care of her and built a business, Catch a Smile Productions, to help others who have to care for their elders by building their immune system with nutritional products and healthy eating to prevent burnout. Currently she lives in Ventura County, is the Vice President of Sales for Caties Organics, and is working on a online store to help caregivers not burnout. This is Gurin's first book.
