    I am so glad that Debbie wrote this book. I was having problems applying the DBT concepts in my life. Doing these exercises every day helps by keeping my mind working on just one exercise a day. One mindfulness! I think I have even talked my DBT group leader into using the challenge to get others to understand and work DBT into their lives.
