Lucie B Lindner, 49, native New Yorker, Entrepreneur and creator of "Lucie B Jump N Fun" Jump Rope Gym and Fitness programs in New York City, Stockholm (Sweden) and creator of "F3G" Girl Empowerment brand. "F3G" stands for FIT, FABULOUS and FIERCE; this is a program that inspires and motivates girls to feel good about themselves, their bodies and to learn the importance of Self-Confidence. Lucie B is a USA Regional, National and World Jump Rope Champion in single rope speed and power (2005-2013). She is the Arnold Schwarzenegger Jump Rope Champion (2013 and 2015) winning 5 Gold Medals in the Single Rope Speed, Power and Endurance divisions. She has been featured in numerous newspapers and Television programs in New York, including Radio Disney and the June 2016 edition of Live Happy Magazine. In Sweden, she has been featured on Lilla Sportspegeln | and OstermalmsNytt.

In 2007, Lucie B created the first Single Rope Speed competitive Jump Rope Team in New York called the "Rock-It-Ropers" whose first group comprised of 52 Orthodox Jewish children. Lucie B broke down the barriers of race and religion and educated the kids about tolerance, inclusion and respect for all. She has gone on to diversify the team to include all ages, races and religions. Between 2008-2013, the "Rock-It-Ropers" have won numerous National and World Jump Rope Championships. Lucie B has been teaching, training and coaching children of all ages, shapes, sizes and physical abilities for over 13 years. In 2003, Lucie B walked away from a career in Medicine in order to create a business from her unique talents. Lucie B Jump N Fun Jump Rope Gym was uniquely created to teach kids the art, skill and sport of Jump Roping in a positive, happy and motivating atmosphere. Lucie B Jump N Fun programs are much more than *Jumping Rope*, it's about teaching kids to be Strong, Powerful and Self-Confident. Lucie B wanted to create something amazing that would inspire, transform and bring benefit and joy to kids all over the world.

In 2007, Lucie B was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. After 6 months of lamenting over her condition, she told herself that it was either "Beat or Get Beaten", and as a die-hard New Yorker, she was determined not to be beaten! It's 9 years later, and Lucie B is still standing strong and doing the work she loves the most. In 2014 she met the love of her life, got married and moved to Sweden. Her super power lies in her passion to motivate and inspire all those who think they cannot surmount their obstacles in life; she is proof that you CAN!

"Big Bottom Blues" is a deeply emotional and very intense book. After 44 years, Lucie B decided to disclose her horrific childhood experience of physical and sexual abuse by the hands of her brother. Her goal is to reach and teach parents about the warning signs of child abuse and to help fellow survivors come out their closets and tell their stories. She believes her story will help those who have suffered the atrocities of childhood sexual abuse. "Big Bottom Blues" is a book to let survivors know that they are NOT alone in their struggles and that there is a bright light at the end of the dark tunnel.
