Writing used to be my escape into worlds, lives, other places, that would take me away from every day problems and situations. Eventually it became something else, something I have at times been compelled to do.
I'm a mother, and even a grandmother although I like to pretend I'm the worlds youngest grandmother. My early teen daughter and I live in a small town in the middle of the United States. A dog and five cats keep us company and have set us on our path of being "crazy cat ladies."

He's in love with a special woman. She just wants her dream job. Neither counted on the electricity that snapped between them. Not the typical romance story, this one revolves around a fictional small County Sheriff's Office in rural Arkansas complete with a shoot out with a bad guy. The "happy ever after" is uncertain for these two, but they have a reason to try.
