Biography
Based in southern Germany, I have worked as a business English teacher the last 16 years, teaching in both companies and universities. What I learned from teaching and training has led me into the world of personal development and coaching. For 6 years, I facilitated the women's development programme, Springboard; in January 2014, I achieved a post graduate certificate in business & personal coaching from Chester University. From January 2016, I resume my studies with a Master's in work based coaching. My focus will be on how far elements of coaching can be used in the ELT and EAP classrooms - specifically applying Nancy Kline's Thinking Environment as a way of demanding higher of our students.
