Michael Worthington

Michael Worthington’s career as a Business Counselor began when he traded his military career for a life running his own businesses and started his own journey into discovering himself. In less than twelve months after leaving the military he was winning awards and getting noticed for doing things differently than others and succeeding by not following the rules set down by others.

This led him to begin mentoring and counseling business owners and executives; on how they too could live life, and do business on their terms and discover that being true to themselves, was the one thing that leads to a life full of happiness, joy and fulfillment.

In 2010 he was awarded ‘Innovator of The year’ by Telstra and AMP and was offered membership in the Telstra Alumni, of which he is still a member. This saw him become a sought after speaker on the process of Self Discover, becoming your Authentic Self and Living in the Now and developing his signature style of Living An Unapologetic Life.

Michael is the current Director of Randor House, for business owners and executives helping them find their true identity and purpose and permanent success.Michael also has a passion for building and he is joint owner and Innovations Director of MBSG, a building company dedicated to changing the way we live at work by developing new environmental and wellness solutions for commercial fit-outs.Michael holds a Master’s of Science in Executive Leadership and Counseling Psychology, a PhD in Theology and a PhD in Counseling Psychology.
