Madison Lee

Madison Lee is a stay-at-home mother of two. She was an instructor for many years before giving it up to raise her children. Her hobbies include gardening, hiking, fishing and the outdoors. She likes to live a minimalistic and natural lifestyle.

In 2009, she was diagnosed with Preeclampsia and almost lost her life during childbirth. Her daughter struggled as well, but the two of them made it through. Madison knew that she needed to spread information about this awful complication that doctors still know very little about, so she decided to share her story with everyone and anyone she could.

After years of struggling with PTSD from the ordeal, she sought help from other mom's by hearing their stories. After reading hundreds of birth stories, she decided to publish her own journey of Pregnancy during and after Preeclampsia.

Madison has become a spokeswoman for mothers who have lived--and died-- from Preeclampsia. It has become an epidemic in the United States, and we need to educate, educate, educate.
