Biography
I wrote this book 15 years after the actual journey had ended. I am still not sure that I was ready to record it, but with growing children and a burning desire for closure, I wrote my very first novel.
I was born in Windhoek Namibia to German and Austrian parents in 1976. I was schooled and grew up in Cape Town, South Africa.
I graduated as a Clinical Psychologist in 2003 and spent three years working in the largest rural hospital in Mpumalanga before evolving my career into management and leadership consulting. I currently have a successful business and consult to executives and professionals across Africa and the Middle East.
I have an enduring passion for travel, and have completed numerous long, continental crossings.
I am a husband and father to two young children, and currently live in Cape Town, South Africa with my artist wife Shaune.
