Smashwords Interview

Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Yes, it was a story, set in the 1960s about a student prank in London. Sam bribed a number of truck drivers to stop their vehicles at various carefully chosen crossroads, so causing a total traffic jam and the collapse of London. Resolution comes only when military forces from the USA and USSR come to help.

In the end the two rival powers are facing each other across the River Thames.
How do you approach cover design?
With my previous books, of various kinds, all non fiction and printed on paper, I let the publisher do the cover. For my first Ebook, a novel, I imagined a cover design that related to a key moment in the story. Then I employed a professional artist to prepare the cover for me.
