Mel S

Biography

Mel S. began her quest to be a storyteller at six years of age by crafting bedtime stories for her younger siblings. Growing up in an indigent and nomadic family, Mel helped provide for her family by doing odd jobs like hauling hay, doing farm chores, and cleaning houses. Mel's life has always been a bizarre adventure, providing her with plenty of fodder from which to draw inspiration for her creative endeavors.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, visiting with her siblings, reading fiction, watching classic movies, singing karaoke, and volunteering at geek fan conventions and film festivals nationwide. Mel takes pride in her weirdness and expresses it via whichever medium moves her. She encourages everyone to do the same.
