Biography
Michelle Cully is the CEO and owner of Xpressman Trucking & Courier, Inc. She founded the company in 1993, and now has operations coast to coast serving a variety of customers in multiple industries. Michelle is a respected leader within the primarily male-dominated transportation industry. In 2009 she was recognized as Delivery Agent of the Year and Xpressman was awarded Small Business of the Year from the Boston Metro South Chamber of Commerce. Michelle is a sought-after panelist and speaker for a variety of audiences, sharing her story of overcoming an abusive relationship and growing a highly successful company. In 2017, Michelle delivered the commencement speech at New England College of Business. She is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of NVNA and Hospice, as well as an advocate for Dress for Success Boston, and has supported the Jimmy Fund for many years by riding in the Pan-Mass Challenge. Harper’s Bazaar recently recognized Michelle as one of their “Fabulous at Every Age” winners. Michelle is married and the mother of two children, and lives in Massachusetts.
