Hillevi Ruumet

Biography

By training, Hillevi Ruumet is a psychologist (Ph.D. Columbia University) – by inclination, a “psychonaut.” In addition to providing psychotherapy and teaching, she has studied and practiced Jungian psychology and dream-work, Tibetan Buddhism, mystical Christianity, and cross-cultural spiritual traditions. The seeds of her lifelong exploratory journey were sown during childhood, when she and her family found themselves “collateral damage” of World War II and its aftermath. Under Fate’s Wing tells her extraordinary coming-of-age story.
