Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up at Makahlule Village, known as Tlhaveni Block 'H’. A dusty rural village just a stone through away from the Kruger National Park Pafuri Gate. Makahlule is a village reach in Vatsonga’s culture, religions, customs and values, which had an influenced in my writings. All of my works are influenced by this village.
When did you first start writing?
I started to write in 2003, a year after my matriculation.
