Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?

Maxwell grew up in the rural area of Transkei called Khwenxura and writing was inspired by the raw stories that surrounded him on a daily, with whimsy characters like uncles who enjoyed their drink to the tales on people who flew on brooms at night
