I am a law lecturer with a local public university in Malaysia. Currently pursuing PhD with the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Jalan Semarak, Kuala Lumpur in the area of Ocean Governance (Maritime Law, Energy Law and Law of the Sea) related to Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) under the Malaysia Japan International Institute of Technology, UTM.
What are you working on next?
I am currently working on a book on the details of how Islam is to be looked upon through the whole quranic scriptures and align the authentic saying of the prophet (pbuh) with it content. Thus hoping that it would make Islam a religion of substance rather than a procedural one, concentrating on the individual faith reinforcement rather than the looking at the Muslim society as a whole. This new perspective is needed to ensure that 'truth' always prevails in the eyes of every Muslim on the earth.
Who are your favorite authors?
None specifically, but if I were to state someone then I would say Plato writing are meaningful to me as he portrays humanity in a practical and meaningful way.
