Molly Lea

Molly Lea has always been fascinated by the written word. As a child books were her sole source of entertainment, and eventually she decided to try her hand at writing her own. Starting with short stories Molly grew in her writing and completed her first short novel at the age of 14.

From then on writing was a source of relaxation and stress relief for Molly. She spent hours writing novel after novel. Now at the age of 21 she has four completed works including Easy Minds which is the shortest. Currently a senior business management major in college Molly still finds time to work on her writing.

Smashwords Interview

Describe your desk
My desk is very cluttered. I have everything from pens and paper to a Hello Kitty coloring book. I actually don't write at my desk, I feel more comfortable laying on my bed or lying on a couch.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I was born in Florida but after turning two my family moved around quite a bit. I was never a military baby, my dad just had many different jobs. I'm not sure if the constant moving has influenced my writing, except in the people I have met. People that I have met in my youth sometimes end up in my stories in some way or another. Usually whichever feature of them I remember the clearest.
