Peter Holmquist has practiced meditation since before his first Karate class at age 12. With various interruptions, including two undergraduate universities (for a History BA), travel to Japan and living in England, he kept up a practice. Intermingled with spirituality and prayer, testing a vocation at a monastery, seminary, marriage, and more travel to the Middle East and Africa, his meditations continued. After ten years as a Lutheran pastor, and nearly ten as a public school teacher, meditation is finding an even larger place in his home. Still, three teenage kids, a dog, and another recent move has he and his partner, AmyJo, scheduling intentional moments of time to just sit.
This book is especially designed for people who feel like they have NO time to learn to meditate, or who think that meditation is not for them. Yet it offers a beginner and an experienced meditator hints to make meditation part of a daily routine, a practice that can change their life.
I offer it gratis, in gratitude and love for generosity and love I am receiving. Munay.

Great book, poured through the previous edition and found that very helpful. Every time I watch a movie now, I think about the scene changes and plot twists every 5 minutes. Nice!
