Matteo Badessi



I'm Matteo Badessi and I was born in Italy in 1979. After years spent in thinking about how to publish a book... I finally (in 2012) begun to write my first e-book.

I'm a great (--> This is what my friends say) cook, and from 2012 I published 13 e-book, the most of them are cook books.
My "Best Seller" is "How to cook sushi at home", the Italian version sold more then 70 copies in less then 1 year on (a big ammount for our market where the 95% of authors sold less then 50 copies in their whole life...)
Since now I only translated my Italian ebooks but now something is changed, I really want to produce something only for the English market!

I'm producing my first ebook published only in English language. It will be a traditional Italian recipes book that will teach you how to cook pasta in the real Italian way.

Not only a cook book... but a complete guide about Italian cooking style!
