After reading the free version it was impossible not to buy the second in the series. Although there are numerous mistakes (spelling, grammar, naming etc) it is still a very enjoyable read at a reasonable price. Highly recommended for lazy holiday reading.
Good continuing story and still good for mindless holiday reading. The continuation of the author to make blatant spelling, grammatical & other errors has unfortunately reached a very irritating level, and it is obvious that no proofing is done.. Considering these are primarily e-books, if something was missed in proofing and updated e-book could be provided.
In comparison to the other books in the series, this is value for money and you can really get into it as it is a good length. The same author errors are present (spelling, grammar, naming) and this is getting to be a bit irritating and makes one wonder why no proofing is done to provide a "polished" end product.
Once again a captivating storyline is let down by poor writing / editing. The version I downloaded & read (and I see now there is a new release) is filled with errors, (continuity, naming, grammar), which detracts from the reading experience and was not ready for release.
One would think after 9 books with the same problem there would either be an improvement in writing or in editing before release.
