Smashwords Interview

Who are your favorite authors?
As a kid I devoured Sci-Fi. So it was Isaac Asimov, Arthur C Clarke and others of that era.
I became a devotee of Tom Clancy, so now have everyone of his books.
Still later, came David Weber and the Honor Harrington Universe.
Along the way I rediscovered John Marsden and the Tomorrow Series which I bought and read all in one summer.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
I still have the original manuscript for a Sci Fi / Fantasy epic which is so old, it is typed and has holes in the paper for 0, p, q etc. One of my missions is to scan the 800 pages or so into my laptop, tidy it up and get it to a publisher. Great story ... just never saw a publisher!
