What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
Writing has been a part of my life basically since I was old enough to write. It serves as an outlet of self expression, stress relief, and creativity. What I enjoy the most about writing is going back and reading what I've written, and thinking to myself, that's pretty good!
What is your writing process?
The first thing I do is think of an idea for a story line that interests me. Then I write a bunch of backstory and info on my characters, including things like their goals, likes, wants, dislikes, defining characteristics, and things like that. Yes, even my antagonists get a character profile. Once I have that, I start writing an outline of my plot. Once I have my outline all worked out and know the major stuff that is going to happen and why, I start filling in the details, scene by scene, until finally I have a book.
