Nuala Duignan
Biography
Nuala Duignan was born and raised on a farm in Co. Roscommon, Ireland. She has worked as Catering Manager in many industrial restaurants around Ireland. She followed on from this by launching her own business: "Health & Gourmet Catering", a quality catering service providing Board Room lunch services to Company Directors.
Having spent a number of years in the world of catering and cookery training, she decided to take a change of direction and following further studies, she worked in the Construction Industry and hospitals, both general and psychiatric.
Her experience within the medical field led her towards further study in Life Coaching and she qualified with Diplomas in Life and Business Coaching. She is a member of Association of Coaching, Ireland.
She now uses her accumulated work experiences and coaching skills to help move individuals from where they are currently, to where they want to reach. She is also a regular contributor to regional papers on the benefits of life coaching.
