Odilia Rivera Santos was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico and moved to the Bronx at six years of age. She holds a degree in Comparative Literature, with a minor in Creative Writing, from Smith College. Her fiction, nonfiction, and poetry, in Spanish and English have appeared in various print and online magazines. Cervantes, Nabokov, Henry Miller, Celine, Dickens, Viktor Frankl, ... still thinking
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
My first cup of coffee and the notebook under my bed. I love sitting in bed with my coffee, notebook and pen. The blank page waiting for a two-hour scrawl.
