Zachariah Bennett

Zachariah Bennett stepped off a bus at Port Authority bus terminal on September 25th, 1985, smack dab in the middle of Hurricane Gloria. He came in with the storm and stayed. He flew to New York from Germany, right outside Berlin. He moved to the beach community of Lido Beach, New York, right across the street from the Malibu. It was life-changing. He met everyone from the radio station WLIR and he started going to concerts and meeting musicians and getting backstage and living the life!!!

He ran that for 7 years then moved in to New York City, where he was promptly invited to be in his first movie three days later. A few years later, he was in Howard's movie, where he got to hang out with AC/DC all day, when Angus Young handed him his pick after filming their scene, but that's all in the book.
Just for his own personal journal he started writing all these absolutely unbelievable stories that would happen every single day/night, what it was like trying to get into a show without a ticket: Scalp, sneak in, try to get on the guest list and in one instance climb the fence. Running the streets where everyday you do experience a New York minute. He still resides in that same apartment in Hell's Kitchen that he moved into so many years ago.
