Francine Séguin is an aspiring Freelance writer, and songwriter. She is learning, and doing several courses to increase her writing techniques. She has casually been a Chaplain with the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team. And she was a volunteer with Ottawa Inner City Ministry. She has also been involved in several departments at various churches, and in the community. She is married to Michael Séguin.
In Spite of It All There is Laughter is about a man living through life with Spastic Paraplegia (Cerebral Palsy), and finding God as a teenager. His mom and dad could have given him up, but his mom prevented it from happening. He lived, dreamed, lived through heartaches and pain, had fun, and make sure God was the center of his life.
