Gerald Patrick

Biography

I'm a semi retired septuagenarian. married to the same woman for over 50 years. A Christian since the age of 14. After a time of back sliding, returned to the faith and started attending church regularly. A member of the same church for over 35 years.

I have two daughters and 2 grandchildren; a boy 19 and a girl 22. When I attend church, I'm gladdened to see three generations of my family in the service.

I'm not really a writer, but I have begun reading the Bible daily and wanted to be able to keep track of my reading on my mobile devices and so using a couple of resources I've created a calendar that links each date to Bible Gateway. Each link contain a selection of the Old Testament and the New Testament. Read sequentially it will take you through the Bible in chronological order.

It will probably be my only work.

I absolutly love the Ben Alderman series. I can't wait for the next book. As far as I'm concerned this can be a continuing series. I can't imagine Ben and Casey staying away from Camelot after one more adventure. With every story the author open many doors that could lead to other adventures. Black Dragon is a must read for anyone who's read The Thirteenth Unicorn. If you haven't read Thirteenth Unicorn, download it. It's free.
  • Missing Persons on April 06, 2013

Missing Persons is a great little story that draws you into the plot and makes you want to know just what really happened.
  • Rex Royale on April 07, 2013

I found Rex Royale to be an interesting, gripping novel with just the right amount of attention to detail to show the author actually researched the area and enough ancillary action to lend realism and depth to the characters and story line to keep it plausible. While the author offers hints as to the who-done-it, the ending is a bit of a surprise and the epilog ties up all the loose ends while bringing to conclusion the questions raised about the characters. I'd happily recommend this to any mystery lover as well as the romantic.
