Patrick J. Nellis is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Certified Clinical Anesthesia Assistant. Patrick is driven to see patients and their families be well informed, engaged and confident in making decisions that affect their health and healthcare. He believes that better patient outcomes are achieved when strong connections and meaningful partnerships exist between patients and their healthcare providers. In addition to writing, Patrick enjoys martial arts, rock climbing, travelling and occasionally picking up his guitar. He lives in Georgetown, Ontario, Canada, with his wife and two children.
