Biography
Paul J. Disser, a 1973 graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio with degrees in Business Administration and Marketing, founded Spectrum Benefits Management Corporation, a benefits consulting company, in 1987 and still resides as the Chairman of the Board and CEO.
Paul and his wife of forty years, the former Michele Sue Glindmeyer of Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky, have two children; son, Evan, who after graduating with degrees in English and History from the University of Kansas now resides in Avon, Colorado and works the food and beverage business in this premier resort community; and daughter, Hollace, who is a practicing emergency medicine physician covering a broad area of south central North Carolina. When everyone’s busy schedules permit, Paul and his family like to decompress at their home in Beaver Creek, Colorado.
