Holy cow, what an amazing book. I could not put this one down. Roy, you really have a gift with your story telling. You are descriptive without being boring and the way you had me guessing all the way to the end is very impressive. I can usually solve a mystery pretty quick, but I was still guessing until the very last word. I do have to admit that I am a little mad at you for making me cry though. :)

What an amazing read! Even though it is not Halloween, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Mr. Hudson can spin a tale that makes the reader question reality. One of my favorite stories in this book is "Caught Dead in New Orleans." I think we all have said we wouldn't be caught dead doing something never expecting it to really happen. I cannot wait to read more from Mr. Hudson.

Even though this is a short novella, I have to say that it packs a powerful punch. So much emotion and love the characters have for each other. It is an amazing love story that endures the unimaginable. I did, however, want to punch Tessa in the throat in a couple of parts and wrap my arms around Jake to comfort him. I laughed, I sobbed like a baby, and I fell in love with the characters. I am actually ready to start reading it again even though I just closed the book.
