Paul McNeese

Biography

Paul McNeese, BS, CFP (Ret.), is a well-known author services provider who heads up his own company, OPA Author Services, through which he provides literary creative services that can take an author through every phase of writing, editing and producing/printing of a self-published book. Having produced over 200 titles, his client list includes authors, entrepreneurs, public speakers, teachers at all levels -- people who wish to bring their knowledge and expertise to the public through the power of words.
Personally, Paul has more than 35 years of experience in educating and motivating individuals and groups as a broadcaster, seminar leader, author and speaker. He founded and operated OPA Publishing in the seven years between 2002 and 2009 publishing and marketing both fiction and nonfiction genres.
In preparation for retirement in 2009 he ceased offering full-service publishing services and has restricted his activities to book development and production services: story and manuscript evaluation and development, basic and advanced editing, book and cover design services, pre-production, production and printing services -- but he no longer undertakes marketing projects, although he has partnered with a cadre of highly experienced and talented people and companies who can bring books of any genre to market.
In the nonprofit sector, he has served various organizations for over 20 years. He has held offices on the Board of Directors of the Volunteer Center of Los Angeles, the Advisory Board of All Babies Count (Infant HIV/AIDS), and Southern California Alcohol and Drug Programs, Inc. In 2007, he was a co-founder of, and is still active in, Reach Out Sun Lakes, a neighborhood volunteer organization that solicits and collects donations of food and cash for Matthew's Crossing foodbank in Chandler, Arizona, raising thousands of dollars and collecting literally tons of staple foods each year for needy Chandler residents.
Currently he lives and works in Scottsdale, Arizona.
