Biography
Ardell L. D. Taylor is a native of Southern California. She grew up in a small town which was the model for the background of some of her stories. She raised six sons while moving from place to place as the wife of an immigration officer. Now widowed, she lives with her two cats in a ghost town in the mountains of Arizona where she devotes herself to writing, reading, and photographing the deer, javalina and other wildlife which frequently visit her yard.
