As an innovative and dedicated trainer and instructor in the field of Business and IT with over 25 years of experience, I am committed to helping, supporting, educating, and inspiring students and co-workers to succeed. Throughout my career, I have successfully planned and implemented all phases of training development programs and held various positions such as Instructor, College Dean, and Officer in Training Development.
In my 7 years of experience as a Staff Affairs & Training Development Officer, I demonstrated my ability to manage and develop training programs that cater to the needs of diverse individuals. I have also spent 8 years managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring quality service delivery across the University of Technology and Applied Sciences.
I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills from my 10 years of experience as a Business and IT Instructor. I possess excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, organizational skills, and leadership skills. I am also adept in project appraisal and evaluation and have a keen attention to detail, decision-making abilities, and critical thinking skills.
