Biography
At age 16 Charel Cairo answered the call of God on his life, after having an encounter with the saving grace and loving presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. With a very distinct (apostolic-prophetic) mandate and mantle for intercession and worship, he operates from his home base in Suriname as a Watchman-Prophet and Shofar-Psalmist to the nations, since 1993. As an ordained Prophet and Teacher, he teaches, preaches and declares the Word of God with great boldness, passion, prophetic insight and –wisdom, both locally and international. As a Shofar-Psalmist he carries a unique anointing to blow the shofar, but knows also how to lead in prophetic worship, releasing an atmosphere of salvation, deliverance, healing, breakthrough and restoration as he ushers in The Presence of Almighty God. He got married to his wife Djaiboenissa in 1994 and together they have 4 sons and 1 daughter.
